Camille Hart’s Healthy Paleo Dinners You’ll Crave

Camille Hart disapproved of the word “diet”. It always seemed to her like punishment, a set of guidelines she had to go by instead than food she could enjoy.

She began investigating the paleo diet, nevertheless, after years of suffering with poor energy and stomach problems. Her real affection for the cuisine astonished her most, not any alteration in her body.

Camille shakes her head and adds, “I thought I would be stuck eating boiled vegetables and dry chicken breasts.”

“But the meals I started cooking were the reverse of boring; they were rich, flavorful, and really, addictive.”

She found greatest benefit from changing her perspective. She became fascinated with what was possible instead of emphasizing what was forbidden. She looked to herbs, citrus, natural fats, and innovative combinations of veggies and proteins because she had neither grains or dairy to count on. “The limitations compelled me to be more creative in the kitchen,” she says.

Her favourite evening activity turned out to be dining. Camille found the joy of preparing and eating meals that were substantial yet left her feeling light after a protracted period of depending on convenience foods. Though it was just thirty minutes after work, she began to become excited about her time in the kitchen.

The greatest prize was not only financial. Her taste in processed food changed. Her resting became better. And emotionally she felt more rooted. “Choose to nourish yourself; it’s quite empowering, particularly at the end of a busy day.”

Camille now sees paleo as a return to basics — genuine food, rich tastes, meals that satiate without slowing you down, not as a diet. “It’s not about eating ‘clean,’ for the sake of it,” she explains. “This is about eating in a way that makes you feel alive.”
