Merritt Sloan’s High-Fiber Diet Plan for Women 30+

When Merritt Sloan turned 34, she noticed subtle shifts in her body: more sluggish mornings, increased sugar cravings, and occasional digestive issues she’d never dealt with before. “I thought it was just getting older,” she admits. “But then I looked closer—and realized my diet hadn’t evolved with me.”

What her body needed, she discovered, was more fiber. But not the bland kind that came in powder form or cardboard-like cereals. “I wanted real food. For Merritt, fiber isn’t a buzzword—it’s a foundation. “Women in their 30s are often juggling careers, kids, and hormones all at once,” she says. “A high-fiber diet helps you stay steady through all of it.”
