The Routine: Hailey’s Core Workout Plan

Day 1: Bicycle kicks, classic core burn (crunches, reverse crunches)
Day 2: Standard Plank, Side Plank, Forearm Reach Plank variations
Day 3: V-Ups, lower abs focus (leg raises, flutter kicks)
Day 4: Russian Twists, Side Plank Dips, Standing Twists—oblique activation
Day five: burpees, high knees, mountain climbers, cardiogram and core combo
Day 6: Hollow Body Hold, Dead Bug, Bird Dog—Core Stability & Endurance
Day 7: Deep Breathing, Pelvic Tilts, Yoga Stretches—Recovery & Mobility
About 15 to 20 minutes each session allows one to easily fit into a hectic schedule.
