Mornings for Yvette Parker used to be a rush. Breakfast usually suffered between getting ready for work and fitting a short exercise. She felt slow and unfocused, though, when she skipped breakfast. She then made the decision to embrace clean-eating breakfasts, meals composed of healthy, unprocessed foods that kept her motivated without stifling her.
“I used to grab whatever was convenient; most of those options were full of sugar and left me hungry an hour later,” Yvette says. “My mornings changed entirely once I started eating clean.”
Overnight oats are among her most often used breakfasts. She says, “It’s so easy.” “I make it ready for morning by mixing oats with almond milk, chia seeds, and some berries the night before.”
She depends on smoothies in hectic mornings when she wants something even faster. Her nutrient-dense lunch in minutes comes from combining banana, spinach, protein powder, and almond milk.
Another beloved is On whole-grain bread, avocado toast using hemp seeds sprinkled over. “It’s full of good fats and protein, which keep me full for hours,” she notes.
She likes sautéed vegetables eggs when she has a little more time. “Eggs are really a great source of protein; adding vegetables makes it even better,” she says.
Yvette has found a significant change in her energy and concentration since changing to clean meals. She notes, “I feel so much more alert in the mornings and I no longer get those mid-morning cravings.”
Her guidance on breakfast for those having trouble? “Make plans ahead.” Making wise decisions is lot easier when you have healthy alternatives ready to go.
Breakfast now serves as a daily ritual that prepares Yvette for success rather than merely another chore on her to-do list.
