Talia Moon’s 10 Clean Snacks You Can Prep on Sunday

Talia Moon schedule time every Sunday afternoon for her “kitchen reset.” She goes into the kitchen with her preferred soundtrack and a counter full of fresh ingredients whereas others might spend the weekend to catch up on television or chores. She aims to To be ready for a week of stress-free, cravings-free, processed food temptation free clean snacking.

“I used to depend on flavoured yoghurts and energy bars during the workday,” she says. “They appeared to be healthy, but by 3 p.m. I was collapsing.” She then understood that convenience snacks were not serving her any benefits. She so made the decision to personally handle things — literally.

Talia started off experimenting. She experimented with several combinations of protein, fibre, and natural sugars, gradually determining what really quelled her appetite and maintained her energy level. Snack preparation evolved over time into a ritual with instantaneous effects. “I stopped needing to grab sugar or coffee at strange hours,” she notes. “I was fed not just full but nourished.”

Her Sunday visits are not difficult. She kept things basic but consistent: schedule time to wash and portion fruits, roast nuts with spices, mix basic spreads, or bake a few healthy bits she could grab all around the week. Her secret is readiness rather than perfection.

It also involves recovering authority over the fuels her body runs on. Talia carries her snacks proudly rather of caving in to office vending machines or convenience shop detours. “They are created with love; nothing plastic-wrapped bar can provide.”

Snacking now is not only a break in her daily schedule. This is an opportunity to reevaluate the decisions she made for herself at the beginning of the week, a gentle reminder that her health counts even in the most minute events.
