Mirane Quell’s High-Protein Vegan Wraps

When Mirane Quell first transitioned to a vegan lifestyle, her biggest worry was protein. Friends teased her about living on salads and fruit bowls, and she often wondered if they were right.

But through trial and error, she discovered that a well-balanced plant-based diet could be both filling and flavorful. Her favorite creation—the high-protein vegan wrap—became her daily staple and the answer to the doubts.

The beauty of Mirane’s wrap lies in its versatility. She often starts with a soft whole-grain tortilla, then layers it with hummus, marinated tofu, and a rainbow of vegetables.

Lentils, chickpeas, or even tempeh make their way inside, turning a simple wrap into a powerhouse of plant-based protein. “I needed something that felt hearty, something I could grab and go,” Mirane explained. “These wraps became my solution for busy days.”

She remembers the first time she brought her wrap to work. Colleagues were curious, asking if it tasted as good as it looked. After sharing bites, many were surprised at how satisfying it was.

That moment inspired her to begin experimenting further, turning her wraps into a creative outlet. Each week, she plays with flavors—from Mediterranean-inspired fillings with olives and roasted peppers to spicy Asian-style wraps with peanut sauce and edamame.

Over time, her wraps became more than just meals—they became a way to prove that vegan diets are far from limiting. She often tells her audience that with the right ingredients, protein is never an issue. The wraps not only support her active lifestyle but also make her feel energized without weighing her down.

Today, Mirane’s wraps have become a quiet symbol of her philosophy: that food should nourish, delight, and make you proud of your choices. And in every fold of those tortillas, she finds a reminder that a vegan life can be abundant, delicious, and full of strength.
