Tavira Moss’ High-Protein Breakfast Ideas

For Tavira Moss, mornings used to feel rushed and empty. She often skipped breakfast or grabbed a quick pastry on the way to work, only to feel tired by mid-morning. Everything changed when she discovered the power of high-protein breakfasts.

“I realized that protein keeps me fuller for longer and helps me stay focused,” Tavira explains. She started experimenting with simple recipes that didn’t take much time but transformed her mornings. One of her favorites is Greek yogurt topped with berries and a sprinkle of nuts. “It tastes like dessert but fuels me for hours,” she laughs.

Eggs also became a staple in her kitchen. Instead of plain scrambled eggs, Tavira enjoys adding vegetables, herbs, and even a little smoked salmon for variety. On weekends, she treats herself to protein pancakes made with oats and cottage cheese, something she says feels indulgent without being heavy.

Beyond the recipes themselves, Tavira noticed the difference in her energy and mood. She no longer craves sugary snacks before lunch, and her workouts feel stronger. “Breakfast sets the tone for my whole day,” she says. “When I start with protein, I’m calmer, sharper, and more motivated.”

What began as a small shift has now become a habit she loves sharing with friends. Whenever someone asks her how she stays so energetic, she simply smiles and says, “Start with breakfast—you’ll be amazed.”
