Isla Quinn understood it had to be a family matter when she adopted the paleo way of life. She created a series of paleo recipes that are not only nutritious but also family-approved given two children and a hectic schedule.
“I wanted to create foods that felt more like a feast we could all enjoy than a diet,” Isla says.
She often makes a filling sweet potato shepherd’s pie. She tops a delicious mix of ground beef, carrots, and peas with mashed sweet potatoes rather than ordinary potatoes.
Isla notes, “It’s comforting, delicious, and packed with nutrients.” Cooking the sweet potato mash is a great pastime since her children like helping to distribute it.
Her baked lemon herb salmon with roasted veggies is also another favorite. This under thirty minute meal is filled with fresh tastes.
“The secret is combining vibrantly colored vegetables such cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini. She says, it’s a nutritional powerhouse and a visual feast.
Isla suggests her one-pan garlic chicken and cauliflower rice for hectic week evenings. She notes, “It’s quick, easy, and cleanup is a breeze.” A pleasing substitute for conventional rice, cauliflower rice is seasoned with herbs and garlic.
Isla thinks that her family should help with dinner cooking. “Cooking together not only teaches good eating habits but also strengthens our bond.” She says. Paleo dinners are no more difficult with Isla’s recipes; they are a fun family outing.
Alina reports, “This workout leaves me sweaty but energised.” “It’s fast, strong, and ideal for whole body toning.”
