Mia Clarke’s Heart-Healthy Dinner Plans for Entertaining Guests

Mia Clarke thinks you shouldn’t have to sacrifice health for great taste while throwing a dinner party. Mia, well-known for her knowledge of heart-healthy cuisine, revealed her exquisite and nouraging go-to dinner ideas.

“Start with a fresh appetizer like avocado and tomato bruschetta,” she advises. The dish offers a sufficient supply of fiber and beneficial fats by using whole-grain bread for the classic baguette. Lycopene, which promotes heart health, abound in the tomatoes.

Mia’s signature main meal is baked salmon topped with quinoa and roasted asparagus under a lemon-dill sauce. She notes that quinoa is a complete protein and salmon is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Along with antioxidants and fiber, the roasted asparagus lends a little grace.

Mia also suggest a mild balsamic vinaigrette and a mixed greens salad including walnuts. She explains, “The walnut crunch is ideal and they’re great for lowering cholesterol.”

Mia’s dessert selection, dark chocolate-dipped strawberries, will help to cap off the evening. She says, “This is a basic treat that feels indulgent without being heavy.”

Mia shows that heart-healthy dinners can wow your guests and help you reach your health objectives with these careful menus.
