Aria Hayes’ Top Mediterranean Diet Breakfasts for a Healthy Start

Aria Hayes likes mornings to embrace the Mediterranean way of life. She is a wellness coach and thinks a balanced life starts the day with nouraging meals.

“A good breakfast fuels your body and mind,” Aria notes. “Mediterranean-inspired breakfasts abound in fresh tastes, fiber, and good fats.”

Her first pick was Greek yogurt topped with a drizzle of honey, almond sprinkle, and handful of seasonal fruit. She notes, “It’s creamy, crunchy, and naturally sweet.”

An avocado toast with a twist is also quite popular. With mashed avocado, a poached egg, and a sprinkle of za’atar, Aria tops whole-grain bread She notes, “The spices make all the difference.”

She says shakshuka is a warm choice. “It’s a one-pan egg poached dish in a spiced tomato sauce,” Aria says. “Pair it with whole-grain pita for a substantial, satisfying meal.”

Simple to prepare and bursting with nutrients, Aria’s Mediterranean breakfasts guarantee a good start every day. She counsels, “start small”. ” Even one Mediterranean meal a day can make a big difference.”
