Grace Knight’s No-Added Sugar Desserts for Sustainable Weight Loss

Grace Knight feels that losing weight shouldn’t entail sacrificing dessert. She continues, displaying a pan of her trademark no-added sugar brownies, “you just have to be smart about it.”

Banana Oat Cookies

A basic biscuit prepared with mashed bananas, oats, and a few dark chocolate chips is Grace’s favourite treat. “Natural sweet and guilt-free,” she says.

Avocado Mousse Chocolate

Grace laughs and says, “This one surprises everyone. She combines unsweetened cocoa powder, ripe avocados, and a drizz of almond milk. The outcome was Rich and creamy dessert loaded with good fats.

Chia Pudding

Grace also enjoys chia pudding flavoured with fresh fruit and vanilla essence. She says, grinning, “It’s like having dessert for breakfast.”

Grace has not only kept her weight but also satiated her sweet desire by substituting her healthy concoctions for conventional sugary treats. She assures me, “Losing weight doesn’t mean losing flavour.”
