Zoe Bell’s High-Fiber Snacks for Diabetes Management

Food coach and passionate baker Zoe Bell is aware of the difficulties controlling diabetes. Her weapon of choice is covert. Taste great and help you maintain steady blood sugar levels with high-fiber snacks.

“Fiber changed the game,” Zoe says. It keeps you feeling full longer and slows down sugar absorption.

Her first choice for a snack is Made from scratch, chia seed pudding It’s a nutrient-dense treat that feels decadent mixed with unsweetened almond milk, a little vanilla, and topped with fresh berries.

Zoe advises roasted chickpeas seasoned with paprika and garlic powder for individuals who like salty choices. She says, “They’re crunchy, satisfying, and ideal for munching on-the-job.”

Apple slices combined with almond butter offer still another quick fix. “It’s a classic combo that delivers fiber, good fats, and a bit of sweetener.”

To prevent snack weariness, Zoe advises trying many dishes. “The secret is to discover what suits you and keeps your taste buds delighted,” she counsels. Managing diabetes with some imagination may be both tasty and motivating.
