Ruby Moore’s Low-Sodium Mediterranean Snacks to Keep You Full

Ruby Moore brightens as she discusses Mediterranean cuisine. Passionate in making low-sodium, tasty dishes, she is a dietician and great cook.

“The Mediterranean diet is all about fresh, wholesome ingredients,” Ruby notes. “You can create equally delicious snacks by reducing salt and stressing herbs and spices.”

Roasted chickpeas rank among her favorites. Before roasting, toss them with olive oil, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, she counsels. “They’re perfect for munching, crunchy, savory.”

Ruby like creating packed grape leaves as well. She makes a low but filling snack using brown rice, lemon juice, and dill. She points out, “It’s a classic Mediterranean treat.”

Ruby says to pair hummus with cucumbers for a quick bite. “It’s simple, reviving, and loaded with taste without depending on salt.”

These low-sodium Mediterranean treats boost your health and are a terrific way to keep full and invigorated. “Healthy snaking should never be boring,” Ruby notes.
