Luna Snow’s Weekly Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plans for Gut Health

Passionate about gut health, health coach Luna Snow has developed a weekly meal plan meant to support your digestive system. “A good gut affects everything from mental clarity to energy level,” she says.

Her breakfast consists first of a Green Detox Smoothie. Light but invigorating, packed with spinach, cucumbers, green apple, and a hint of coconut water. “The greens help balance your gut environment and are alkaline,” Luna notes.

She says a Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl would be great lunch. This dish calls for quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, and tahini sauce. “Sweet potatoes are high in prebiotic fiber, which feeds good gut bacteria, and easy to digest,” she notes.

Dinner can be a mixed greens Wild Salmon Salad topped with avocado, lemon-olive oil dressing. “Salmon is a terrific source of omega-3s, which fight inflammation,” Luna says.

Luna also offers herbal beverages with ginger or peppermint and yogurt high in probiotics with chia seeds. She counsels, “Small, consistent choices make a big difference for your gut.”

Luna’s approach not only improves gut health but also makes you feel revitalized and fresh. She says optimistically, “Listen to your body; it will guide you toward better health.”
