Violet Moon’s Healthy Vegan Desserts with No Added Sugar

For Violet Moon, desserts represent an experience rather than only a taste. Violet, a plant-based baker, specialized in making vegan sweets free of sugar added.

“I think desserts can be nouraging and decadent simultaneously,” Violet explains. “The way to go is natural sweetener.”

1. Banana-Oat Cookies

Made from just ripe bananas, rolled oats, and a few dark chocolate chips, these soft, chewy treats Violet says, “The bananas supply all the sweetness you need.” “With a cup of tea, they’re flawless.”

2. Mousse Made with Avocado and Cocoa

This mousse is a crowd-pleaser—rich, creamy, chocolatey. Combine ripe avocados with unsweeteled cocoa powder and a bit of maple syrup. Violet compares it to a guilt-free chocolate pudding. “You would never guess it’s made with avocados.”

3. Pudding Made with Berry Chia

This dessert is not only great but also really gorgeous. Stir chia seeds into almond milk then let it sit overnight.

Top for a naturally sweet finish with fresh berries. Violet comments, “The texture is amazing.” It is also bursting with nutrients.

Violet’s delicacies show that your sweet taste will be satisfied without extra sugar. “The secret is to play about with natural elements,” she counsels. Let the sweetness of nature blossom through.
