From fresh vegetables to cupboard basics, Nina’s best choices are ideal for everyone trying to streamline their clean eating path.
“Clean eating is about not perfection,” Nina explains. “It’s about selecting foods that minimally processed and nourishing for your body.”
Her first advice? QUinoa. “That’s a flexible grain loaded with protein,” Nina says. “You could base salads, bowls, even breakfast porridge on it.” She also underlines the need of always having a range of fresh veggies available.
Nina says for protein organic chicken breasts and eggs. She says, “both are basic, tidy choices that can be used in innumerable recipes.
” And she swears on raw almonds and avocados for good fats. “A handful of almonds is a great snack; avocados go perfectly from toast to smoothies.”
Nina also advised making excellent spice investments. “Herbs and spices offer so much taste without the need for added sauces or sugars,” she notes. Two of my fave are turmeric and cumin.
