Jenna Hayes’ Clean Eating Meal Plans for Family Gatherings

Jenna Hayes understands the difficulties of cooking food for family get-togethers, particularly with regard to maintaining their wholesfulness.

Her meals based on clean eating center on complete, unprocessed ingredients that unite people without sacrificing taste.

“For starters, Jenna says, I always provide a hummus dish topped with fresh vegetables. “Carrot sticks, bell peppers, and cucumber slices make it colorful and nouraging.”

Jenna typically suggests grilled chicken accompanied by roasted seasonal veggies as the main course. For a taste explosion, she marinated the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs.

Jenna tosses a wild rice and cranberry salad to go with the lunch. She says, “The cranberries add a hint of sweetness; the wild rice gives a nutty flavor ideal for family get-togethers.”

Jenna’s cinnamon-flavored baked apples with honey drizzle are quite popular for dessert. She explains, “This is a warm, comforting dessert loved by all ages and naturally sweetened.”

Jenna creates family get-togethers not just unforgettable but also nouraging for everyone seated at the table with her clean dining ideas.
