Naomi Perry’s Mediterranean Snacks with No Added Sugar

Regarding sensible eating, Naomi Perry is quite adept in the Mediterranean kitchen. Naomi, a mother of two and nutrition coach, thinks that, free of additional sugar, snacks may be both pleasant and nutritious.

“I have always delighted in Mediterranean tastes,” Naomi says. They are vivid, nutritious, and somewhat flexible. And the best thing is that. Their taste does not depend on sugar; rather, it comes from other ingredients.

One of Naomi’s go-to munchies is a basic roasted chickpea combo. You only need olive oil, chickpeas, and your preferred spices. She says, loving paprika and a bit of garlic powder.

“Pop them in the oven until they’re crispy; you have a snack heavy in protein and fiber.”

Tzatziki with vegetable sticks is another favorite. Made from Greek yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, and dill, this creamy dip complements carrot and celery sticks exactly. “It’s revitalizing and loaded with probiotics,” Naomi notes.

Naomi suggests stuffed Medjools for a somewhat sweeter choice. “Load them with chopped nuts or almond butter. Though it tastes great and feels decadent, this is a naturally sweet treat free of sugar.

Keep it fresh, tasty, and exciting, Naomi says. These Mediterranean-inspired munchies will help you meet your needs without sacrificing your diet.
