Jasmine Ward’s Low-Carb Meal Plans for Weight Loss Goals

Regarding meeting weight loss targets, Jasmine Ward is adept at creating low-carb meals that are both tasty and sustainable.

Thousands of clients of Jasmine, a nutrition consultant and personal trainer, have dropped weight without feeling deprived.

“Low-carb does not mean boring,” Jasmine argues. “It’s about discovering creative ways to enjoy your preferred foods.”

1. Alfredo zucchini noodle

Replace conventional pasta with spiralized zucchini and toss it with a cauliflower-based creamy, low-carb Alfredo sauce. “It’s light but so satisfying,” Jasmine notes. Not even the carbohydrates will be missed.


2. Lettuce Wraps Grilled Chicken Calls for

Jasmine advises grilled chicken, avocado, and a sour yogurt-based sauce wrapped in lettuce leaves for a fast lunch. She notes, “They’re crunchy, fresh, and loaded with protein.”

3. Fried Rice Made from caulifletes

Jasmine’s fried rice substitutes riced cauliflower for standard rice. For a great supper, toss scrambled eggs, peas, carrots, soy sauce. She remarks, “This is a game-changer.” So simple and so delicious.

“Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods and make it fun,” Jasmine advises anyone beginning a low-carb path. The creations you produce will wow you.
