Ivy Snow’s Anti-Inflammatory Smoothies for Gut Health

A simple approach to improve gut health is with smoothies; wellness enthusiast and recipe developer Ivy Snow has created three anti-inflammatory combinations you will appreciate.

Ivy says, “these smoothies are more than just good.” “They abound in foods that calm the stomach and lower inflammation.”

Blend blueberries, Greek yogurt, spinach, and a little almond milk in Berry Bliss Smoothie. Blueberries are high in antioxidants; spinach offers fiber.

Golden Glow Smoothie: Here the star is turmeric. To help absorption, mix it with mango, banana, coconut milk, and a little black pepper.

Combine cucumbers, ginger, pineapple, and a handful of kale with coconut water for a cool treat called a green gut soother.

Ivy advises savoring these smoothies as a noon snack or a brunch choice. “They’re fantastic for hectic mornings or as a pick-me-up after work,” she explains.
