Sienna Hayes’ Gluten-Free, Heart-Healthy Lunch Ideas

Sienna Hayes has the ideal lunch options for those wishing to mix heart health with gluten-free diet. Her dishes center on fresh, natural foods as delicious as they are nutritious.

“A heart-healthy diet naturally rich in fiber and good fats fits very nicely with gluten-free living,” Sienna says.

A lentil and spinach salad is among her best lunch choices. “Lentils are a great source of fiber and protein,” she notes.

For a full and interesting dinner toss cooked lentils with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and a basic olive oil and lemon dressing.

Her turkey and avocado wrap with gluten-free tortillas is another favorite. “For extra taste and nutrition, toss some baby greens and a smear of hummus,” she says.

Sienna advises individuals who enjoy meal prep to create a batch of quinoa bowls. “Layer roasted vegetables, chickpeas, a dollop of tahini sauce, cooked quinoa. It keeps for days and is easy to pack.

Sienn also emphasizes the value of soups. “A strong vegetable soup with beans or lentils is comforting and nouraging,” she says. Plus, it’s simple to make in plenty for the next week.

Lunch becomes a chance to take care of your heart while savoring great, gluten-free food thanks to Sienna’s imaginative ideas. She reassure them, “Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.” “It’s all about enjoyment of the process and balance.”
