Daphne Moon’s High-Fiber Recipes to Boost Immunity

Daphne Moon promises great immune system maintenance by eating high-fiber foods. “Fibre is about more than just digestion,” she smiles warmly.

“It’s a major actor in maintaining your gut’s health, which directly supports your immune system.” Home cook and nutrition enthusiast Daphne has created dishes as good as they are nutrient-dense.

She loves her Rainbow Quinoa Salad among others. This bright meal blends quinoa high in fibre with a rainbow of vegetables including red cabbage, bell peppers, and carrots.

She throws everything in a tart lemon-tahini dressing and garnishes with sunflower seeds for added crunch. Daphne says, “It’s a bowl of sunlight.” “And it’s laden with the prebiotics your gut flora enjoy.”

Daphne suggests her Lentil and Sweet Potato Stew as a nice and consoling choice. Loaded with lentils, sweet potatoes, and a medley of spices including turmeric and cumin, this meal is a powerhouse of immune-boosting antioxidants and fibre.

She compares it to a hug in a bowl. It will also help you to remain energised and robust.
