Luna Clarke’s Simple Recipes for Anti-Inflammatory Dinners

Making anti-inflammatory dinners for Luna Clarke is not only a habit but a way of life. She is a wellness junkie who has perfected the craft of creating meals as good as they are nouraging.

“Eating clean doesn’t have to be complicated,” Luna notes. “It’s about letting their natural tastes shine and using fresh, wholesome foods.”

Luna often makes her Turmeric Lemon Chicken. Simple and filling, packed with anti-inflammatory foods including olive oil, garlic, and turmeric, this dish “You just marade the chicken for 30 minutes, toss it in the oven, and serve it with a side of roasted vegetables,” she says.

Her Quinoa & Kale Salad with a Citrus Dressing is also quite popular. This dish calls for lush greens, quinoa loaded with protein, and a tangy concoction of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Luna tosses some chia seeds for a further anti-inflammatory benefit.

Luna suggests her Ginger-Garlic Stir-Fry for evenings when one is busy. She advises throwing in any vegetables you have on hand, adding some ginger and garlic, and matching it with brown rice or noodles.

Luna shows via dishes like these that eating healthfully can be simple and fun.
